Visit Belabela R3590 per night!

A discreet 4 star boutique getaway for the discerning traveller accommodates only a small number of guests and offers a relaxed and refined experience, complemented by personal service and a wide range of exciting activities such as Spa, Golf, Eco Safaris and the Big-5. What makes Botsebotse different? Perhaps it is about the personal service or the luxuries that you enjoy so much such as breakfast in your PJ’s in your own courtyard, a delicious picnic in the bush, a relaxing massage, a bottle of good wine, scrumptious food under a clear starlit African sky and fresh coffee next to a roaring fire.

Dine in in our dining area, on the outdoor deck, in the boma next to a roaring fire or a romantic private spot under a clear African starlit sky. Order breakfast in the privacy of your own courtyard and delicious light bistro meals or a picnic basket for lunch.

The main lodge with its lapa, teak decks, crystal-clear martini pool,  quaint teak hot spa tub and comfortable indoor and outdoor lounges is ideal for relaxation. Four luxurious spacious en-suite rooms  accommodate only four couples at a time and are housed back-to-back in two free standing wings. The two wings are connected to the main lodge by a thatched walkway. Each room has a private screened courtyard, a lavish bathroom with a bath and shower, a private outdoor shower and undercover parking. All rooms have remote controlled air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, comfortable Queen beds, refreshment stations, seating,  flat screen televisions, DVD players, satellite TV, electronic safes and mini-bars. Room layouts are the same but the décor is unique to each room. All rooms are equipped with luxury amenities to ensure an unforgettable stay

BoP Immersions and Tour Programmes.

We are an efficient partner in Africa Immersion/Study tour programmes offering unique opportunities for Business Schools for their Executive MBA students and Organizations to explore new horizons and broaden perspectives of businesses in Africa first-hand.

Our business objectives is to partner with Business Schools and Organizations to prepare highly competent, innovation-oriented managers and executives who are capable of leading and growing their organizations in the increasingly dynamic African economic environment.

We help them develop links and expand their presence in these markets, often referred to as the “Base of the Pyramid” (BoP) through Economical Immersion Tour programmes.

Local and international Organizations are increasingly realizing that they cannot afford to overlook the potential of low-income markets. But they often don’t know how to go about: “How big is the market at the BoP? What kind of products and services would best be suited? What are the best channels to reach the BoP? Who to partner with? How does one overcome the obstacles to trading with smme’s, such as the lack of infrastructure and lack of skills?”

The degree of employee disengagement in South African business is alarming, but it is not a uniquely SA problem. In the UK only 25% of employees are engaged, and in the USA only 31%- meaning they are consistently contributing to the success of the business.

We will bring a professional analysis, test and design strategies to help you understand why are your employees disengaged and destructive. Cost of disengagement can be devastating for a business difference between the salary bill and value of the return from disengaged employees can be substantial. Production-Turnover-Safety-Shrinkage-Absenteeism translate into business performance issues.

It is becoming increasingly clear that businesses can no longer afford to ignore the market at the Base of the Pyramid and disengaged employees when planning their long-term sustainability: At core business level, as well as in social and environmental terms.

The rationale of our services is to provide a logical progression as our clients develop their knowledge and understanding of opportunities in low-income markets. Such are typical questions that companies are grappling with when developing strategies to reach the BoP, our aim is to help international and local companies design, test, and build such sustainable strategies.
